The short version: this site doesn't track you. No cookies, no analytics, no pixels, no fingerprinting — every chart is computed in your browser. The only personal data we ever process is the email you choose to send us.
Who we are
Isoline (“we”) provides marketing mix modeling and pricing intelligence for enterprise teams. For anything in this policy, contact hello@isolinehq.com.
What this site does not collect
This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no fingerprinting. The interactive demos on this site run entirely in your browser on synthetic data — nothing you do with them is transmitted or stored.
What we do process
Email you send us. If you write to hello@isolinehq.com, we process your email address, name, and the contents of your message in order to reply and follow up on your inquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation or a resulting business relationship is active, then delete it.
Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) to serve the site and defend it against abuse. These logs are retained briefly and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not share it with anyone except the infrastructure providers that host the site and deliver our email, each bound by their own data-processing agreements.
Client engagements
Modeling engagements run on aggregate business data — spend, sales, prices — never on personal data about your customers. No PII, no device IDs, no user-level tracking. Data handling for engagements is governed by a separate data-processing agreement signed before any data moves.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Email hello@isolinehq.com and we will act on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated effective date. Since the site collects nothing, changes are unlikely to be exciting.
